A forward-thinking, independent Property & Construction Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London office.

With over 80 professionals, a high-performing graduate pipeline, and a growing portfolio of high-value Residential and Hotel schemes (£40m-£150m), this is a standout opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with real influence and visibility.

Responsibilities

• As Associate Quantity Surveyor, take full ownership of major projects from day one, delivering in both a Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent capacity.
• Lead hands-on project delivery with a mix of project leadership and team management, mentoring junior talent while being supported by a strong network of Directors.
• Work on residential-led developments and luxury hotel schemes in the capital, driving projects through the full lifecycle.

Requirements

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy firm
• A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion
• A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification / MRICS ideally
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• Previous experience with team management & project delivery
