About the Role

We’re seeking anAssociate Partner / Managing Principalto lead client projects in the manufacturing sector. This is a high-profile, client-facing role with responsibility for delivering measurable operational improvements, developing teams, and building strong, long-term client relationships.

You’ll be working closely with senior leaders to define strategy, manage delivery across multiple projects, and support business growth. The role combines leadership, hands-on project management, and strategic advisory work – offering a unique opportunity to influence manufacturing clients’ supply chain operations directly.

Key Responsibilities for the position of Associate Partner / Managing Principal

  • Lead high-profile supply chain projects for manufacturing clients

  • Extensive experience in manufacturing supply chain operations and consultancy
  • Must have hands-on experience working within a supply chain consultancy environment, not solely as a freelance or interim consultant.
  • Strong track record in leading client-facing projects and teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management, with a proven track record in client origination, account development, and delivering growth through upsell opportunities.
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable operational solutions
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with supply chain systems, analytics, and project management frameworks
