Job Title: Associate Insight Analyst

Location: On-Site (London Bridge)

Term: Permanent, Full-time

Purpose of the job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Insight Analyst to join our team to contribute to the delivery of Richmond’s key performance indicators and support the insight projects which will include tracking business operational data. The Associate Insight Analyst will play a pivotal role in helping our organisation and functional departments make informed business decisions by analysing data and providing actionable insights. The role sits within our Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) team reporting to the Insight Analyst. As an Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that support strategic decision-making within the organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify data sources, and develop analytical solutions.

Main duties and responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Processing: Collect and compile relevant data from various sources, clean, preprocess, and organise data for analysis.
  • Data Analysis: Utilise statistical and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights, identify trends, patterns and correlations within the data. Conduct exploratory data analysis to discover new opportunities for areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Visualisation: Prepare and present clear, concise reports summarising key findings. This includes creating visually appealing dashboards and reports to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to understand business goals and objectives which requires working closely with data scientists, clinicians and other teams to integrate insights into decision-making processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in analytics. The role will also include recommending improvements to data collection processes, analytical methods and reporting tools.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as data sciences, business analytics or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Excel - Advanced level (Must), Python or SQL (Desirable).
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI) is preferred.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of business processes and the ability to align insights with strategic goals.
