As an Implementation Consultant Associate , you’ll be one of those people.
This is an entry-level, hands-on role where you’ll learn how customers use software, how data moves between systems, and how to support people through important transitions. You don’t need previous experience in implementation or accountancy -we’ll teach you everything step by step.
You’ll join our Professional Services team , which sits between :
When a customer buys or upgrades IRIS software, Professional Services helps them :

If it doesn’t, everything becomes harder.
Your role exists to make sure it goes well .
You won’t be selling software or fixing technical faults. Instead, you’ll be helping customers understand what’s happening, guiding them through each step, and making sure nothing important gets missed.
