Reporting To: Director - Head of Mixed Use

Role Summary / Purpose and Scope

Surveyors manage assigned properties, overseeing daily operations, service delivery, occupier relations, service charge management, and compliance. The role includes residential work within a mixed-use portfolio, primarily in London.

Skills, Knowledge and Values

Technical and People Skills:

  • Support planned works, asset replacement, PPMs, and ensure budgets and plans are aligned with compliance standards.
  • Monitor statutory and internal compliance, conduct audits, and manage control documents and systems.
  • Authorize supplier payments and support client property transactions.
  • Review leases and ensure occupier compliance.
  • Manage a team aligned with MAPP Values.
  • Engage with occupiers to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including TUPE procedures.

Experience and Salary

Experience & Certifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
  • Residential experience required; commercial experience preferred.
  • MRICS qualification is desirable.

Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm Friday

Salary Range: GBP 55,000 - GBP 65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
