Associate Director of Nursing, Quality & Safety

The care and support we provide is highly valued by the people we care for and their loved ones, but at present we are only reaching around 10% of dying people at the end of life. Right now, one in four people in the UK with a terminal illness, do not get the care or support they deserve at the end of their lives.

Main duties of the job

We have an exciting opportunity for a senior nurse to join us as we are recruit for the position of Associate Director of Nursing, Quality and Safety. The successful candidate will join a well-established and supportive team, providing leadership in quality assurance, patient safety and learning for continuous improvement across all services to ensure care is delivered safely, effectively, compassionately, and with strong leadership. You'll set standards and lead the workstreams for patient safety, clinical governance, infection prevention & control (IPC), and Health & Safety (H&S), driving measurable improvements for patients, carers, and staff.

Job responsibilities

Contract: Permanent, Full Time 35 hoursper week

Based: Home Based, occasional travel required throughout the UK
