Role Overview:
This role will report directly to the Global Supply Chain Director and will be an integrated member of operations, supporting the operations leadership, and specifically supporting several maritime programs/projects.
The Associate Director is accountable for all operation procurement activities to include new business capture and program execution. The Associate Director is responsible for governance, organisational development and execution of the functions associated with the proposal, administration, compliance and risk management of the operation’s Global Supply Chain. The Associate Director will manage and lead a team of 3 - 4 procurement professionals and is expected to take an active role in leading as well as performing activities to support the new business capture, delivery, as well as operation and maintenance efforts.
Additionally, you will be expected to work collaboratively with our product, business development and proposal teams to develop partnerships to drive differentiation that will support significant growth and superior execution opportunities. This includes being the subject matter expert for suppliers, understanding supplier technology and capabilities and new upcoming offerings. You will be asked to lead the development of corporate and business briefing material for the executive team, along with communications to the overall enterprise.

£71,700.00-£94,300.00
