A leading structural engineering consultancy based in London is seeking an Associate Director (Structures) to manage projects, lead a team and collaborate closely with the Structural Director. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered structural engineer with a minimum of 10 years of buildings structural experience, proficient in RC and steel construction. The position offers an excellent salary and numerous benefits, including flexible working arrangements and a generous bonus scheme.

Salary: £70k-£85k
Are you a Chartered structural engineer working at Associate level or above and seeking a new challenge? Are you forward‑thinking and dynamic in your design approach? Able to manage projects, enjoy diversity of work and lead a design team?
As Associate Director you will be involved in RIBA stage 1 & 2 projects, managing concept design, liaising with stakeholders and leading a design team. You will work alongside the Structural Director assisting with team management, project delivery and hands‑on design. Knowledge of Rhino, Dynamo and Grasshopper is useful and experience in both RC and steel is essential.
Projects will range across the defence sector, industrial buildings, residential developments, schools, police facilities and other venues, with values from £10m to £200m.
