£75-£85K plus great benefits | Hybrid (3 days in the central London office)

We are seeking an Associate Director to join one of the UK’s most exciting and awarded B2B and tech PR agencies. With over 25 industry awards under their belt, this agency blends commercial edge with purpose-driven work, delivering campaigns that win headlines and hearts across sectors including adtech, fintech, martech, and IT.

As Associate Director, you’ll sit at the heart of the senior team, helping to shape agency expansion, guide winning pitches, and elevate client programmes across earned, owned, and paid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow key client accounts, offering senior counsel to clients and the team.
  • Shape strategies across PR, marketing, content, digital and social.
  • Act as a key contributor to pitch teams, from concept to close.
  • Work with leadership to evaluate new sectors and service opportunities, spotting areas for expansion.
  • Work to create reputation-building strategies including executive comms, media relations, and thought leadership.
  • Help provide media training and advisory to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Own forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning for your accounts while monitoring account health and protect revenue and reputation.
  • Mentor and grow talent through clear feedback and career development support.
