A leading global IT services provider based in Sheffield is seeking an Associate Business Analyst. This role involves delivering business transformation projects to improve internal and external client experiences. The successful candidate will need to commute to our Sheffield office twice a week.
The Global Business Transformation team is responsible for driving continuous improvements to internal processes, procedures, and systems to reduce operating costs and improve the end-user and client experience. The team endeavours to increase revenue prospects by identifying and implementing the necessary changes required to enable the business to perform at optimum capacity.
The Associate Business Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a wide range of small to moderate business transformation projects and initiatives which make tangible and evident improvements to the internal and external client experience, throughout the organisation.
In addition, the Associate Business Analyst assists the Global Business Transformation team in driving business transformation initiatives, from concept to implementation, to deliver efficiencies and profits and reduce overhead costs for Insight.
