About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking two motivated Associate Attorneys (0–3 years of experience) to join our Richmond and Virginia Beach offices. This is an ideal opportunity for a newly licensed attorney or recent law school graduate eager to build a career in estate planning and administration. You’ll work alongside experienced attorneys, participate in client meetings, and receive ongoing training and mentorship in this rewarding area of law.

What You’ll Do
  • Support partners in delivering comprehensive trust and estate planning services
  • Prepare legal documents and assist with client signings
  • Communicate directly with clients and support their long-term planning needs
  • Participate in seminars and community education workshops
  • Grow professionally in a supportive and structured learning environment
What We’re Looking For
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active Virginia Bar membership (or pending admission)
  • Genuine interest in estate planning and client-focused legal work
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to grow, take feedback, and pursue excellence
Preferred Software Familiarity
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • WealthDocs or similar drafting software
