We are looking for experienced and qualified Social Workers to step into the role of Assistant Team Manager within our newly established Family Help Teams. As part of an Outstanding Local Authority, you will support frontline social workers in delivering early, targeted support to families in their local communities.
This role involves overseeing work with children under child protection and child-in-need plans, contributing to pre-birth and parenting assessments, and supporting adolescents through contextual safeguarding.
