Future Build Recruitment have teamed up with a long standing client in the search for a talented Assistant Site Manager to join their business on a permanent basis.

Company, a £50m t/o main contractor are building an extension of a community centre in Hemel Hempstead, which just got off the ground, with a duration of approximately 6 months. Future pipeline is around Herts, NW London, Bucks and some in Berkshire, mainly completing refurbishment schemes across mixed sectors with a bit of new build thrown in.

As Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for;

• Day to day management of the site alongside the Site Manager
• Management of sub contractor work, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Toolbox talk, and ensuring health and safety is at high levels
• Ensuring the site is kept tidy and access is never restricted
• Opening and closing the site in the Manager's absence

Requirements;

• SSSTS or SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
• Good attitude & willingness to learn
• Experience at Assistant Site Manager level
• Able to drive and be local to the project
