Position: Assistant Site Manager
Location: Central Middlesex Hospital
Salary: £35,700 per annum

Join our team at Central Middlesex Hospital as an Assistant Site Manager. You'll support daily operations, lead staff, ensure high service standards, and deputise for the Site General Manager when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support site operations and deputise for the General Manager
  • Ensure all services meet contractual and quality standards
  • Plan and allocate staff to maintain efficient site coverage
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold standards
  • Investigate and resolve incidents, complaints, and service issues
  • Implement new processes and technologies to improve performance
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
  • Record and report incidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken
  • Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors and team members
  • Manage performance, training, and attendance within the team
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and resource planning
  • Authorise overtime and manage stock in line with company policy
  • Build strong client and customer relationships
  • Promote inclusion, teamwork, and a positive work culture
