A charitable organization in Sudbury is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to oversee operations, support a team of volunteers, and maintain high standards of shop presentation. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in a customer-facing role, strong communication skills, and a passion for sustainability. This part-time role offers a salary of £4,394 per annum with various benefits including annual leave and pension contributions.

As Assistant Shop Manager at our Sudbury Charity Shop you will work as part of our shop management team as they continue to strive for excellence. The historic town of Sudbury is well known for its charming, historical architecture, and our shop certainly benefits from it! Our store is located inside a beautiful grade II listed building. Inside, we stock plenty of pre-loved ladies' fashion, menswear, children's clothes, books, home accessories and more.
Due to the nature of this role there will be an element of manual handling and physical activity involved. You may also be required to work alone from time to time. We are unable to accept applications from anyone under the age of 18.
Please note that this role is subject to pre-employment checks to include an enhanced DBS check. You will also need to have existing Right to Work in the UK as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
