We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established rural estate seeking a dynamic and motivated Estate Management Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stage of their career in estate management or rural surveying, looking to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of responsibilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the Estate & Farms Director, supporting the day-to-day operations of a diverse rural business. The estate includes extensive arable farming, woodland management, environmental stewardship schemes, and a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

This is a practical, varied role that offers exposure to both farming and property management, making it an ideal stepping stone for those aspiring to future leadership roles in estate or farm management-or those working towards a career in rural surveying.
