What will you do?

  • Manage the food and beverage service in the restaurant, heading up a team of 25
  • Ensure team members maximize all sales opportunities
  • Help the team consistently maintain brand standards and high levels of customer service
  • Handle all guest inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner
  • Manage team member schedules, stock, and wastage levels

What you will have?

  • Previous experience in London restaurant, - full table service experience
  • Experience in supervising a team
  • Ability to demonstrate delegation skills
  • Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
