ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

Rosa's Thai Cafe is looking for a kind-hearted, hard-working food lover to join our team as an Assistant Manager. If you’ve got charisma and confidence, you can help lead and mentor our team members, as well as supporting the general manager in delivering the highest standards of food and service. There are no Thai clichés or theme park interiors here. Just dedication to making the best we possibly can from simple ingredients across our food, products and places.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in delivering the highest standards of food and service.
• Lead and mentor team members, providing training and guidance.
• Support daily operations to maintain Rosa’s Thai Cafe standards.

Qualifications

• A leader and fantastic trainer to new members of the team.
• A mentor for waiters and waitresses, assisting with their growth and development.
• Experience handling rotas, assisting with ordering stock and managing bookings.
• A kind heart, good work ethic and love of food.
