I am recruiting for an established regional construction business based near Winchester, covering Hampshire, Berkshire, and Surrey.
The company is a recognized brand with a turnover exceeding £150 million annually from a regional branch network. Despite its size, it maintains a family-oriented culture in terms of values and how staff, clients, and the wider supply chain are treated. They work on frameworks and negotiated schemes in the education, healthcare, retail, and local authority sectors. Project values range from £2 million to £20 million, with the company involved throughout each project, offering advice, support, and innovative working methods.
Your duties will include collaborating with the estimating and bid teams to finalize prices and costs for each package based on initial bids, compiling scopes of works and bills of quantities, and working with the supply chain to plan each phase of delivery. You will place orders, organize pre-start meetings, and manage schemes alongside the delivery team. You will perform standard QS responsibilities such as valuations, payments, remeasurements, managing variation accounts, CVRs, and reporting/forecasting to final account, all under the supervision of a Senior QS who will support your training and development.

The company is known for its commitment to training, development, and promoting internal talent based on hard work and results. If you are seeking to join a progressive, forward-thinking company that will support your growth and help achieve your goals, this could be the right opportunity for you.
