A leading energy services provider in London is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. This full-time role requires experience in a related field and includes responsibilities such as commercial administration, cost control, and contract management. Equans is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This is a full‑time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be a member of the Commercial resource supporting the operational team within the HMCTS contract where EQUANS complete Project Works. They will provide contract commercial management services and profit improvement along with a focus on compliance. In addition, they may be required to support growth within the Sector on the existing contracts as well as new business development initiatives to extend the suite of contracts.
The post holder will be responsible for delivering the commercial management function across the contract and clearly communicating the obligations and liabilities to ultimately ensure that income is maximised, costs are minimised, whilst the service required is delivered.
This is a junior role ideal for someone who is looking for exposure within the FM industry. We are looking for someone with some experience within a similar role, for example construction or project management.
