A leading property development company in Loughton seeks an Assistant Property Manager to assist in the management of diverse mixed-use properties. This full-time office-based role requires an organised professional with experience in property management and strong communication skills. Galliard Estate Management (GEM) is our in-house property management business, responsible for managing over 35 developments across a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use schemes, from high-rise to high-end, covering both private and affordable properties.
We are seeking a proactive and organised Assistant Property Manager to join our Galliard Estate Management team based at our Head Office in Loughton, Essex. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, you will work closely alongside a Property Manager and a Property Administrator to ensure the smooth and efficient management of a diverse portfolio of mixed-use developments.
This role is pivotal in supporting both day-to-day operational management and longer-term strategic initiatives, with responsibilities spanning resident engagement, compliance, maintenance, and service charge administration. You will act as a key point of contact for residents, contractors, and internal stakeholders, helping to deliver a high standard of service across the portfolio while supporting the Senior Property Manager in achieving overall portfolio objectives.
Please note that this is a full-time, office-based role. Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, and Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
