A prominent NHS trust is seeking an Assistant Patient Administrator for the Maternity and Antenatal department. This role involves providing a high-level customer-focused reception and administrative service. The successful candidate will check in and book appointments while ensuring excellent communication with patients and visitors. Experience in customer care and reception is essential. We are looking for a friendly, self‑motivated and confident person with experience of providing a high‑level standard of customer care. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, patient‑focused reception and admin service in our Maternity and Antenatal department.
Working hours are on rotation between 8 am‑4 pm, 9 am‑5 pm and 11 am‑7 pm Monday‑Friday, including occasional weekends and bank holidays.
Key qualifications: previous reception experience, excellent communication and customer service skills.
