Overview

We're looking for Assistant Office Manager to join our Project Administration team working on our Bridgwater Tidal Barrier contract. Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Management, maintenance and safety of the project site offices and the surrounding environment
  • Establishment and maintenance of the project Time & Attendance system (Biosite), office security and vetting applications for project team, site and temporary visitor clearance
  • Management of office safety procedures, including scheduled testing of the safety systems and ensuring adequate Fire Marshalls and first aiders are appointed and available
  • Supporting the delivery of office inductions for new personnel ensuring DSE assessments are carried out, to include checking & vetting of all competency cards
  • Responsibility for the entering of goods received notes (GRN\'s) into the Project finance system
  • You have knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft packages
  • You have knowledge and practical understanding of Causeway
  • You have previously working in an office environment and have administration experience, Disability Confident
