A leading optical retailer in Derry/Londonderry is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations and customer care. The successful candidate will lead a team, drive business growth, and develop staff through coaching. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient operations in retail and pharmacy settings and protecting patient safety. As an Assistant Manager you will support your Store Leader to deliver excellent customer care and operational standards every day by connecting with customers to gain a deep understanding of their needs. Working across both retail and pharmacy, you will lead and inspire your team by demonstrating your leadership skills on the shop floor, showcasing how to provide brilliant service and care.
