Job description

Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager - CDD Onboarding Team

An internationally recognised and well-established fund services provider is seeking an assistant manager to join its CDD Onboarding team. The role involves managing, coaching, and developing a team of administrators to ensure the delivery of professional, first-class services to both new and existing clients.

The ideal candidate should hold or be studying towards an ICA Advanced Certificate or Diploma, with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, including supervising junior staff. A comprehensive knowledge of the local finance industry and understanding of the Jersey regulatory environment are essential.

Your responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients (including complex cases), acting as a group C Signatory, liaising with intermediaries, advisors, and the JFSC, supervising team workflows, reviewing applications, attending new business meetings, preparing EDD packs, and drafting reports and resolutions, including reviewing and authorising reports prepared by team members.
