Overview

Assistant Manager Mallards Cafe – Full Time 40 hours a week. Includes regular weekend and bank holiday work. Will consider Part time and job share, but must be able to work weekends. Salary £25-27k P.A depending on experience. We’re a small team of passionate cyclists and food lovers running the cafe at one of most beautiful spots in the Forest of Dean.

We are looking for a coffee-loving food geek, that loves all things food and drink, but most importantly can deliver amazing service for our customers and their dogs!

You’ll have experience of working in a customer facing hospitality role with experience of supervising staff. You’ll own the look and the feel of the cafe operation, and be responsible for seeing it through the customers eyes, and ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently through the day.

Responsibilities

  • Own the cafe look and feel and oversee daily operations to run smoothly from opening to close.
  • Supervise staff and support delivery of service standards.
