Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and schedule payments.
• Monitor Accounts Payable aging report to optimize working capital.
• Adjust and manage LC files and settlements.
• Confirm and manage Bank Reconciliation Statement balances and disputes.
• Perform vendor reconciliation and manage disputes.
• Handle SAP operations, reporting, and support audits.
• Prepare projected cash outflow reports weekly.
• Coordinate with Procurement team to resolve invoice issues.
