About the Role. We are seeking a passionate and hands‑on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the day‑to‑day running of our busy restaurant. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to lead the team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and help drive the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
• Lead, motivate, and train front‑of‑house team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist with rota planning, staffing and onboarding.
• Maintain high standards.
• Handle guest queries and resolve any issues professionally.
• Support financial and stock controls.
• Uphold health & safety and food hygiene standards.

About You

• Experience as an Assistant Manager / Supervisor in hospitality.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Calm under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Passionate about great service and guest satisfaction.
• Reliable, organised and proactive.
• Flexible availability including evenings & weekends.

Salary

Up to £50,000 per year
