We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our friendly team at Fego Gerrards Cross.

Fego is a relaxed, welcoming, home-from-home restaurant with South African roots, where our guests enjoy delicious, freshly made food and warm, personal service in a no‑rules environment. We’re a daytime‑only business, operating in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the day‑to‑day torture of the_uni??? operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Actively leading the team on the floor, hosting guests, and maintaining high service standards
• Managing rotas, stock control, costs, and KPIs to help drive profitability
• Training, supporting, and developing an experienced and hardworking team
• Taking the lead during events and peak trading periods with calm, clear leadership

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor or assistant manager
• Hands‑on leadership with strong communication and people skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage time independently
• A true team player who works closely across both front and back of house
• Confidence working in a busy, fast‑paced restaurant environment, especially at weekends
