Overview

Our renowned Ayush Wellness Spa is looking for a friendly, driven, courteous, qualified and experienced individual to join our team. You will work in conjunction with the Ayurvedic Consultant to achieve the highest standards and ensure targets are met. You will lead and train the team in maintaining the highest level of professionalism in all aspects of Pool/Spa operations and client relationships. You will be a good communicator with excellent customer care and sales technique. You will be organised with good time management, adaptable, flexible, eager to learn and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and train the team to maintain professionalism in Pool/Spa operations and client relationships.
  • Work with the Ayurvedic Consultant to achieve high standards and meet targets.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, customer care, and sales skills.
  • Be organized with effective time management, adaptability, and teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements for Pools, Sauna, and Steam rooms.
  • Collaborate with Spa Reception and sales as part of the role.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar managerial role in a Spa or 4* Hotel environment is essential.
  • Experience working with Pools, Sauna, Steam rooms and their Health and Safety requirements.
  • Experience in Spa Reception/sales is also required.
