A leading social housing provider seeks an Assistant Housing Officer in Glasgow to support the Housing Management team. Responsibilities include drafting tenancy documentation, liaising with tenants, and preparing correspondence. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience and strong communication skills. 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 17:00pm
We have an opportunity for an Assistant Housing Officer to join our Housing Management team based in Priesthill, Glasgow. You will be working in a team of 4 Assistant Housing Officers and 9 Housing Officers. You will work on a variety of administrative tasks to provide support and enable the delivery of a high quality housing management service. You will receive full training, on-going support and opportunities to develop. Whilst this is a very diverse and challenging role, it is equally rewarding. If you are highly motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing excellent customer service, this could be the role for you.
