Housing Support Assistant

Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Housing Support Assistant at Clockwise Woodgreen, London.

Compensation: £14.67 per hour, 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Work independently on your own geographical patch.
  • Assist with the delivery of housing management services.
  • Assist with resolving complex issues such as anti‑social behaviour.
  • Assist with project management and environmental improvements.
  • Provide support, guidance, and advice to local neighbourhood residents associations.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Excellent customer‑service skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Understanding of key safeguarding principles.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills.
  • Experience in a housing role, law enforcement, social services, mental health services, or military background is desirable.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use, or willingness to cycle around the city.
