A community-focused housing organization is seeking an Assistant Housing Manager in Redditch to provide high-quality management services for residents in an Extra Care scheme. This part-time position offers 20 hours a week and includes responsibilities such as supporting independence, managing landlord duties, and ensuring responsive service. Ideal candidates will have experience working with older or vulnerable individuals, administrative skills, and a good general education.

In Extra Care, our residents live independently in their own homes within one of our schemes, complete with communal lounges, gardens, cafés/bistros and salons. The role of Assistant Housing Manager is to ensure that all residents living on a Housing 21 Extra Care Court receive a high quality and responsive housing management service in a safe and secure environment, including providing support where necessary and encouraging a sense of independence and choice.
The successful candidate will also ensure that landlord duties are discharged in accordance with Housing 21 policies and procedures.
