We are
looking for a motivated Assistant Events Sales Manager to join the Team at
Beaverbrook.

As
Assistant Events Sales Manager at Beaverbrook and Beaverbrook Town House,
you’ll turn enquiries into extraordinary events. From tailored proposals to
flawless execution, you’ll own the client journey, building relationships,
perfecting every detail, and collaborating across teams to deliver the luxury
experience our brand is known for.

What
you’ll be doing:

  • Managing
    event clients end-to-end, from enquiry through to the planning stage.
  • Building
    and harness relationships with regular clients, potential clients and
    existing clients.
  • Manage
    and execute site visits with perspective clients.
  • Coordinating
    with other departments to handle client requests and ensure the smooth
    running of your events.
  • Day-to-day
    management of events which includes planning meetings, creating Event
    Orders, Weekly Event Sheets, Weekly Sales Reports, Place Cards, Menus,
    Final Invoices, chasing payments, etc.

Who
you are:

  • Specific
    Skills Experience of booking systems. Ideally experience in Opera Cloud,
    OpenTable and Res Diary preferred
  • Excellent
    phone handling and client management with the ability to use initiative
    and take ownership of the client journey
  • Experience
    required in events planning in a similar standard of luxury property,
    including corporate events, retreats, offsites, parties and weddings
  • Knowledge
    of the hospitality and events industry required
  • Passionate
    for creating memorable and lasting memories for their guests and
    understand the expectations of a luxury property
Shift Pattern:
  • This position will consist of 40 hours per week.
  • The typical working days for this position will consist of Monday-Friday, with some flexibility dependent upon business needs.
Salary: Up to £32,240 per annum plus tronc and commission
