James Andrews is proud to be working with a reputable Housing, Care & Support provider with homes across the Midlands, who are seeking to appoint an Assistant Director of Property on a permanent basis. The role requires the candidate to work on site four days a week, and the annual salary is £85,000 - £90,000 per annum.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will lead the strategic and operational delivery of all property functions including repairs, planned maintenance, capital investment, major works, zero-carbon initiatives and building safety.

The range of function which are covered include :

• Lead, develop and coach the Compliance and Building Safety team to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services.
• Provide strong, visible leadership for the Property Services directorate as well as to the wider organisation as part of the senior leadership team.
• Lead the property management teams to deliver safe, decent, energy efficient homes that meets the needs of modern living, maximising social value and value for money
• Provide strategic leadership and expert advice to the Executive Team, Board and Committee on all aspects of strategic asset management, ensuring robust oversight of property services delivery and performance.
