We're looking for an inspiring leader to drive our vision for Living and Ageing Well services. As Assistant Director you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality person-centred care and safeguarding for adults across Havering. This is your chance to influence strategy, lead transformation and make a real difference to the lives of our residents.
As Assistant Director Living and Ageing Well you'll provide strategic leadership for a wide range of adult social care services ensuring compliance with statutory duties and promoting independence and wellbeing. You'll work closely with partners across health, housing and the voluntary sector to deliver innovative solutions and integrated care models.
Reporting to the Directors of Living Well and Ageing Well you'll be a key member of the senior leadership team managing a £60m budget and leading a workforce of over 130 staff. Your focus will be on safeguarding, quality assurance, commissioning and driving continuous improvement.
