Key Responsibilities
  • Support planning and infrastructure delivery, including managing S106 obligations and consultant teams.
  • Co‑ordinate design and delivery of key community assets such as parks and schools.
  • Liaise with local stakeholders, attend community panels, and translate client needs across teams.
  • Assist with partner selection, land parcel sales, and board‑level reporting.
Essential Requirements
  • 2-7 years' development experience, including planning or infrastructure coordination.
  • Exposure to land acquisitions or disposals, ideally on large‑scale schemes.
  • Confident managing external consultants and communicating with senior stakeholders.
