Assistant Contracts Manager / Desktop Contracts Manager

Greater London (South / Surrey / Kent)

Permanent full-time / £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

Hybrid role flexible hours (40 per week) / 25 days holiday plus BH

Summary

Do you want to join a friendly, progressive team handling property repairs from start to finish? Our client is looking for someone with insurance claims experience to act as an Assistant Contracts Manager / Desktop Contracts Manager; liaising with homeowners and Contracts Managers / Surveyors, organising trades teams and ensuring works projects runs smoothly and to budget.

Role

As an Assistant Contracts Manager / Desktop Contracts Manager, you will be managing small repairs projects (up to £10k), updating full details on various systems, keeping accurate records, booking in & coordinating trades visits and working closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met throughout the project.

Experience

Our client is looking for someone who is experienced in dealing with property claims / reinstatement works as a Claims Coordinator or Desktop / Assistant Contracts Manager - ideally for a contractor, insurer or loss adjuster in the insurance repairs industry.
