Assistant Client Manager
Manchester City Centre
£29,000 to £34,000 dependant on experience.
Monday to Friday – 36.25 hours across a flexible working environment.
Office based for 40% of the month, 60% WFH (full time office based for first 3 months)

This role is designed for someone who is passionate about customer services and enjoys following a clear process. You will be working alongside the Client Manager to be the first point of contact with clients via the phone, email, letter and face to face. You must have the ability to build relationships easily and manage a busy workload. The role is very process driven so you will be someone who enjoys a process, is methodical and enjoys creating accurate documents and keeping all parties concerned updated. You will be helping to create and implement a bespoke financial strategy for your clients.

This is a regulated industry so attention to detail and accuracy is important and the ability to own your own workload and work across multiple clients is essential. You will be working with an established team of 7 who are passionate about what they do.   • Be confident in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
