Restaurant and Coffee Shop Assistant Manager required for a Garden Centrenear Salhouse.

Our client is the 7th largest Garden Centre group in the UK and represents a new wave of specialist leisure retailers who are committed to offering high quality hospitality and service as a matter of course.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager for their Restaurant & Cafe at an established garden centre near Salhouse, Norfolk.

As Restaurant & Cafe Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of 90 seater restaurant and outdoor cafe area. This role requires an individual, who is 'hands on' both in the kitchen and front of house, appreciates the importance of excellent customer service and can lead and motivate a dedicated team of loyal staff. A passion for working with fresh and locally sourced produceis essential.

Key Skills
  • Previous catering management experience within a retail environment
  • Experience working in and running a high-volume kitchen
  • The ability to control stock, profit & costs, budgets, and wastage
  • Excellent people, organisation, and communication skills.
