Job description

Due to a new contract win, we are looking to hire an Assistant Building Surveyor to join our team in Aberdeen. This role involves traveling around Aberdeenshire to survey floor plans within Council properties. Part of the role includes identifying issues within properties and transferring data back to MCM and the design team.

Role Criteria:

• Experience in surveying floor plans within properties
• Working towards HNC / HND in building services
• Willing to travel daily
• Comfortable working in confined spaces
• Able to use and climb ladders to access areas of properties
• Full UK driving license

Note: All roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before employment begins.

To drive a Mears vehicle: You must be over 21, have held your license for over 3 months, and have less than 9 points.
