The successful candidate will manage a team of Client Coordinators, overseeing the complete customer journey from initial enquiry through to invoice completion, while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
The Client Services Assay Supervisor is responsible for high quality service delivery by our Client Coordinators, with focus on operating within our strict HSE guidelines, quality expectations and to ensure that our revenues continue to grow in line with our future growth strategy. This individual will also be involved in production of quotations, tenders and discount requests, and will oversee the quality of our client data to ensure our systems work efficiently and effectively.
