Qualifications

• Experience in assessing buildings, including stock condition and HHSRS.
• Strong knowledge of UK housing regulations and best practices.
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of long-term Asset Management strategy.
• Conduct property surveys and risk assessments.
• Deliver services to demanding customers.

Skills

Experience of undertaking assessments of buildings

Good knowledge of UK housing regulations

Ability to plan programmes of surveys

Delivering high quality services

Effective communication with tenants and colleagues

Familiar with Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work successfully in a remote team

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Knowledge of asbestos regulations

Experience of managing contractors

Experience with hand held computers

Education

Level 4 qualification in Construction & Built Environment

Level 4 Energy Assessor qualification
