Asset Finance Support Executive

We are looking for an Asset Finance Support Executive in our Marketplace Operations team. You will be joining a vibrant and ambitious team dedicated to building a better financial future for UK SMEs through a collaborative and inclusive culture.

As an Asset Finance Support Executive, you will manage the post‑offer customer journey facilitating funding for our borrowers via third‑party lenders. This role is pivotal in coordinating between internal and external stakeholders to ensure transactions are processed with speed and accuracy, delivering an exceptional service experience.

The Role
  • Manage the end‑to‑end payout process by liaising with lenders, customers, and suppliers, creating urgency and ensuring deals move quickly through the funnel.
  • Develop expert knowledge of various lender processes and deal structures, building strong relationships to navigate their specific requirements effectively.
  • Obtain, verify, and process all necessary invoices and supplier documentation, ensuring complete accuracy and adherence to lender criteria.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experience from application to completion.
  • Support the wider Marketplace Operations team by submitting applications via lender portals, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing regular reporting.
  • Proactively problem‑solve, identify and confidently mitigate any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in the day‑to‑day.

  • Highly organised and results‑oriented with a desire to work hard and deliver a high volume of work with strong attention to detail.
  • A clear focus on providing excellent customer service and confidence in liaising with internal and external stakeholders via calls, emails and in‑person.
  • Ability to build and maintain long‑lasting business relationships.
