We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our data team and support the maintenance of the company’s asset data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming emails from customers and on-site engineers regarding asset information updates.
• Accurately create new asset records and maintain existing data within our in-house system and customer portals.
• Liaise with other departments and on-site engineers to ensure asset information is kept up to date.
• Provide additional support to the data team with various data input tasks.

Our ideal candidate:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Eager to learn new systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of accuracy in data entry with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively.
