Job Title: Assembler

Location: Coalville

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 4:30pm and Friday, 7.30am - 12:30am

Pay: £12.50 per hour

The Role

The Assembler will be responsible for assembling components and products to high standards, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products or components according to technical drawings, work instructions, or specifications
  • Perform repetitive tasks to assemble components or products at respective workstations
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Always adhere and follow company health and safety procedures
  • Report any issues or faults to supervisor(s) promptly
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production KPI targets
About You
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents or diagrams
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
