Summary

Randstad is working in conjunction with a valued client who requires the immediate services of a P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to cover a housing contract (individual dwellings and communal areas). The company’s management and technical staff have a wealth of experience and pride themselves on offering the highest standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys (as defined in HSG264).
• Carrying out re‑inspections, updating asbestos registers and asbestos management plans, ensuring that inspection works comply with documented procedures and the quality system.
• Recording all site data and compiling inspection reports.
• Reporting findings through verbal and written communications.

About You

You will be a P402 qualified surveyor with a proven post‑qualification track record.

You must have your own toolkit and transportation.

This is an open‑ended, ongoing contract, ideal for Asbestos Surveyors looking for ad‑hoc work to supplement private projects. You could be working 1‑3 days per week.
