Responsibilities

  • Logging all jobs accurately and efficiently on internal systems.
  • Liaising with clients and confirming scheduled work.
  • Assigning asbestos staff to jobs upon confirmation.
  • Arranging accommodation for site staff and raising purchase orders.
  • Finalising reports and liaising with clients to amend issues.
  • Undertaking general administrative duties like filing and answering phone calls.

Our client is a leading player within the Asbestos industry, and they are now seeking to take on an Asbestos Administrator to join their office. You will be working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Constancy, in a busy and fast paced environment. This role would suit someone with excellent organisational and commination skills, and you will be flexible and adaptable in line with company / client needs. For the successful candidate, our client can offer company pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, and opportunities for career progression.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Leeds, Batley, Halifax, Bradford, Dewsbury, Wakefield, Pontefract, Castleford, Keighley, Brighouse, Pudsey, Horsforth, Halifax.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Will have excellent administrative experience and will ideally come from an asbestos background.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Able to communicate efficiently via phone, email, face-to-face.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Able to manage workload efficiently.
The Role
  • Working on internal systems, logging all jobs accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaising with clients, confirming work due to be carried out.
  • Assigning asbestos staff to work upon confirmation.
  • Efficiently arranging accommodation for site staff.
  • Raising purchase orders and invoices for clients upon completion of work.
  • Efficiently finalising reports, liaising with clients to amend any issues prior to sending to clients.
  • Ensuring that the office runs efficiently day – to -day.
  • Ensuring effective document control of company documents.
  • Undertaking general administrative duties e.g., filing / scanning documents, making / answering phone calls / sending / replying to emails.
