Qualifications

  • Will have excellent administrative experience and ideally come from an asbestos background.
  • Able to communicate efficiently via phone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Keen eye for detail and able to manage workload efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Logging all jobs accurately and efficiently on internal systems.
  • Liaising with clients and confirming scheduled work.
  • Assigning asbestos staff to jobs upon confirmation.
  • Arranging accommodation for site staff and raising purchase orders.
  • Finalising reports and liaising with clients to amend issues.
  • Undertaking general administrative duties like filing and answering phone calls.
