Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons in Art and Design, including DT components.
• Teach across KS3, KS4, and KS5, adapting content to suit a range of abilities and learning styles.
• Work closely with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they are supported and engaged.
• Foster a creative, supportive classroom environment where students feel confident to express themselves.
• Contribute to the wider school community and bring your own personality and passion into school life.

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Art, Craft and Design, with confidence in delivering aspects of DT.
• Experience working with SEN students is essential.
• A creative, adaptable, and empathetic teaching approach.
• Passionate about giving every student a voice and helping them thrive through art.
